Deepak Khare brings over 25 years of leadership experience spanning operations, commercial transformation, business growth, P&L management and organisational transformation. At Neehit, he works closely with the Board and promoters to shape strategic direction and translate that vision into scalable operating frameworks, governance structures and execution disciplines.
Having led large, geographically distributed operations, Deepak brings a strong understanding of the challenges that emerge as organisations scale. His focus is on anticipating those challenges early and building the systems, processes and accountability mechanisms required to address them before they become operational constraints.
He serves as a bridge between strategy and execution — ensuring the organisation is not only prepared for today's requirements, but structurally ready for tomorrow's growth.
